Wildlife rehabilitation is the process of providing professional, trained, and LICENSED care to orphaned and or injured wildlife with the goal of releasing the wild animal back into its natural habitat. These animals are often unintended victims of normal human ( or pet) activities, weather events, or even cruelty. Wildlife rehabilitators are usually volunteers. Facilities do not receive state or government funding. We are solely dependent on donations.
